We prepare a detailed estimate for your kitchen renovation and review the scope with you before moving forward.
Step 3 - Construction Agreement
Once the project is approved, we prepare the construction agreement for electronic signature.
Step 4 - Design And Plan
We help coordinate the kitchen design, materials, cabinetry, countertops, flooring, fixtures, and trade requirements.
Step 5 - Project Timeline & Payment Schedule
You receive a project timeline and payment schedule so expectations are clear before work starts.
